II - Interchangeable Inserts
We always strive to offer our customers the most competitive, integral solution.
One possibility to apply product architecture in an efficient way is the use of tools with interchangeable inserts which we realise in cooperation with our partners in the fields of model- and tool-making.
The picture shows 4 flange connections out of a new product range of one of our customers.
Here we succeeded in integrating all 4 product types into one tooling with interchangeable inserts.
The requirement profile for the components was quite challenging as well:
Temperature: -40 to +95°C
Pressurisation: 20 bar
Certification for potable water
